Regency at Folsom Ranch

These house are well built. As soon as you open the front door you feel the quality of the house. They have a 19M clubhouse that will be built soon. I'm enjoying all the design details. Great location. Quiet street. Close to shops and freeway access.

Not sure about the 1 star reviews??? They must have been blind!!! Yes, some yards are smaller then others but don't hate and move on to something else. Beautiful property and amenities, Yes, they have Solar and the driveways are normal size. Nice to find a beautiful home to fit empty nesters like my wife and I. And BTW if you want an electric kitchen, move back to your college dorm room and "Hot Plate"!!!

Not here to give my opinion on the homes or community as everyone has different tastes and needs. What drives my bad rating is that they had all of the sliding doors open on a warm day and the air conditioners running to keep the homes cool. Come on Toll Brothers, show some social responsibility!

Overpriced small homes with a horrible location compared to other Toll Brothers locations. This place is set right next to the future express way! In addition, East Bidwell, your main road to access Folsom, freeways, and your home, is only 4 lanes (2 in each direction). Be prepared for traffic and noise! Homes are pricey for the size. Wait until you see mandatory lot premiums. You will also spend thousands in upgrades for your home. Many of these ‘upgrades’ are actually items you need for the house to be livable (door knobs, doors, paint etc… ). Look elsewhere.

Such a beautiful neighborhood! So fresh and clean! Beautiful resort and pool!
