Regency at Dell Ranch

I usually never write bad reviews but I think people should know what I seen the day I toured. The leasing agent was very nice , you can clearly tell it’s a very old property. However the unit she showed me smelled like smoke so bad I got a headache and I’m not even being dramatic. The light switches were so yellow from the previous resident being a heavy smoker. Everything was yellow … when she opened the closet door roaches came out everywhere. It was the worst tour ever. And not only that they ask for a lot of money down / deposit equal to almost one months rent. I don’t think it’s worth it for what you’re getting. If you’re putting that much deposit down you mine as well go to a luxury place.

I have lived here for almost 3 years now and I have to say the staff is great and any issue I have ever reported is handled immediately and I would recommend this property to anyone. Every property has its issues we are all human but this staff does whatever it takes to keep me happy and safe ... From the office to maintenance everyone does a great job. Current resident.

This place is a disappointment. DO NOT LIVE HERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! To start they have no urgency when it comes to accommodating their residents or satisfying their needs or well being. They work at a slow pace and have no compassion. I get business is business but your customers are how you are able to run your business. This resident was evicted TWELVE days ago! Almost 2 weeks! They Threw out all of their belongings right onto the front lawn which also blocked the sidewalk into other residents' homes with no care at all. It's the 12th day and there have been multiple complaints and all they say is "We're working on it" and when you ask to speak to management they oh so conveniently are always in "a meeting". This is disgusting and disrespectful to the ones that actually live here

We walked in to see if we could see apartments and the front desk lady was rude as hell. She said” they will just have to wait until Monday to make an appointment.” I think that was rude to say about a potential client in front of another client. Maybe next time try saying,” hey sorry we only take appointments.” If you work in customer facing jobs, BE NICE. This was on Saturday around 2pm today. No thank you I will take my money elsewhere to people who are NICE.

I just moved in on 1/15. The application process was quick, easy and mostly online. Move-in day was painless as well. Zandra made everything smooth. Thank you! Loving the space!
