Unfortunately, my experience with Regency Apartments has been deeply disappointing and I strongly advise military personnel and others to avoid this property, despite its proximity to base. During my time here, quality-of-life issues were pervasive. Frequent disturbances from neighbors—including incidents of screaming late at night and even episodes of gun violence—made the environment unsafe and disruptive. While the rent initially appeared affordable, it quickly became clear that you get exactly what you pay for in terms of living conditions and peace of mind. I moved into these apartments coming up on a year. I have honestly had a wonderful experience here. Any issue that I have had, I submit a service request and it has promptly been tended to. The management and maintenance here are amazing and have been nothing but friendly and quick to help solve any problems. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to people.

New Management Team at Regency Apartments in Lawton Oklahoma are Ruthless Outlaws. I lived there for the last 3 years. I was quiet - clean & paid rent on time each month. I complied in every detail with their Own Move Out policy & I Received a Perfect move out Inspection. Now the New Team is trying to Violate Their Own Signed Agreements to bill me for over $300 for false claims of 'Repairs' & Pro Rated Rent they formally Refused to Accept. These people are Liars - Cheaters & Extortionists! Never Trust These People! They do not honor there own Signed Agreements!

Great place to live! The property is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the location is super convenient. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: *Yup, still don't move here. This place has become ghetto since these new owners. Laundromat is ghetto. Were told they'll be getting new washers and dryers & had the Laundromat closed for over a month, for what? Just to open & still have the same non-working appliances in there. 3 washers that work (1 doesn't even spin) so 2, with 3 possible dryers that work. How can we live in a apartment complex and expect the tenants to use a Laundromat like that?? On top of paying high rent for a old place with NO upgrades now we have to go elsewhere and spend more money at a Laundromat. Oh, and let's not forget about the pool. Can't even swim in it because either families be pulling up with their whole family tree of members or outside community kids come and swim. DONT MOVE HERE! You'll get a
