Ms.Quisia in the leasing office is Amazing! 🤩, she makes sure to go above and beyond for her tenants in whatever they need. Also Shout out to the #1 maintenance team who make sure any issues are taken care of whenever they occur. I have been living here for years and simply love this place especially Management. Management and maintenance will tend to your needs ASAP at all times and with care. I hope to live here for many years to come.

The only reason I am coming on here and posting about this apartment complex is because I have been asking for months (since march) for my vents to be replaced because they are molded and NOTHING has been done. 3 weeks ago I asked for my tub to be repainted because they used the cheapest paint (the wrong paint ) they could find and painted my tub prior to me moving in, 6 months in now my tub is pealing at a fast rate Everytime I clean my tub . I have a 14 month old toddler that has to bathe in this tub and nothing has been done . Everytime I step into the rent office before I open my mouth is "we are working on it " or "your vents are almost here " OR "the vents are in back order " excuse after excuse . They expect my rent before the 5th paid and full but they do not DO NOT COME AND FIX AN

Miss Keisha, Mr. Vincent and Mr. Steve are the best I can't ask for more.they help me out in many ways and that's why I gave them the five stars if it was a 10 stars I would do that.
