Reflect at Dobson Ranch

I’ve only been here about a month, but my experience so far has been very positive. The move-in process was simple and smooth. The staff gave me a full tour and even showed me a nicely furnished model apartment so I could really picture what the space would look like set up. They also had a great move-in deal at the time, which was a big plus. The location is excellent, it’s right near the freeway, but surprisingly you can’t really hear the traffic inside the apartment. It’s also very centralized to shopping centers and restaurants, which makes daily errands easy. I did have one issue with the water heater on my first day, which left me with only cold water, but maintenance responded quickly and fixed it the very next business day. Recently relocated for work, however Reflect was awesome! Reflect was my first apartment in AZ. Definitely, impressed with the architecture, landscaping, location and staff. Affordable and maintained cleanliness. I truly appreciated how responsive staff were to any request/concerns that arose during my stay. Bitter sweet moment leaving Reflect.

Tara has been absolutely amazing! She remembered my name after just one visit—and even pronounced it correctly. When I first toured the property, I fell in love so quickly that I came back again with a friend just to see it one more time. Tara recommended the Kennan floor plan because I needed a bathtub in-unit, and I haven’t looked at anything else since. The amenities are beautiful, and I love that the property isn’t overwhelmingly large. The gated entry and secure access into every part of the community give me so much peace of mind — it really makes me feel safe. I already feel at home, and I haven’t even moved in yet. I’m praying the experience only gets better on move-in day next week!

As a Weidner employee, I have plenty of apartment options to choose from but Reflect by far has been my favorite place to call home. As a Mesa Arizona native, I love that there is finally a “luxury” community so close to central Mesa but still in the middle of all the surrounding cities. Chandler, Tempe, phoenix, and Scottsdale are all within less than a 20 min radius. I love my home at reflect it’s beautiful and everything I wanted it to be! Calm, clean and in the perfect area!

Came in to find out more and to see if I could get a tour and Tara gave me the warmest welcome, and went out of her way to answer my questions and to see how my apartment hunting needs could be met. I definitely recommend! Also every tenant that I’ve come across has been so friendly and warm! Also got invited to the community event, so sweet!
