****Please Read Before Renting**** Do NOT rent here, especially if you’re a student! The day I moved in, I discovered a major leak in the ceiling of my common area. Every time Bathroom B was used, soapy water flowed from the ceiling, not a drip, a steady stream. Maintenance came, looked at it, and said they couldn’t replicate the issue. It wasn’t until March (months later) that it worsened again, and they finally fixed the pipe. Mind you, it had clearly been patched up during move-in, so they knew about the existing problem but didn’t fix it. I had to live with it for most of my stay. On top of that, they charged outrageously high move-out fees. I was hit with over $1,000 in cleaning and damage charges, which was basically another month’s rent. I had taken care of the apartment, wasn’t d

Please read all of these reviews and take them seriously. The apartments and clubhouse are nice, but the cleaning fees after moving are so real. They will charge you for things as small as dusting but never at a fair price. If you ask about it, they will just tell you that cleaning fees COULD be $200 or more and expect you to be thankful it’s only half of that. They also tend to stop responding to emails.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! AWFUL MANAGEMENT & APARTMENTS! They may look nice when you go in to do the tours, etc. but help yourself and do not live here. My roommates and I went almost 5 MONTHS without A/C or heat in our apartment!!! We were consistently lied to by management, told different things by everyone we talked to in the office, with one office member stating “we should be able to handle the heat if the maintenance team is working in it”. They turned the Emergency heat setting on our furnace(only after several months of no AC/heat) and said that it wouldn’t run our bill up LOL…. Come to find out they KNEW our apartment did not have working A/C at move in and didn’t tell us- front office accidentally let this slip to me one day. it was over 80 degrees!!! We have some 50+ communications dur

This place is definitely not worth the money. The utilities are outrageous, especially in the winter. They split the building cost amongst all students living in the building, which isn't uncommon, but look for your utilities to be between $120 - $160, in addition to rent for water, sewage and electric. WATCH out for scam of ridiculous charges upon move out. The move-out bill was $465 for the carpet had dust, wall (which I didn't dispute, but the cost was inflated. There were pictures hung and when we removed them, the paint came off), and not cleaning the lighy fixtures. I disputed all the other charges, but the wall to be painted, and was told they would look into it. I provided pictures of proof that we left that apartment in pristine condition. I got no response for months, even thou

For anyone reading this, please NEVER CONSIDER LIVING HERE!! They will try to scam you and take every last penny. I was charged over $2,000 in move-out fees, including $1,400 for a couch replacement due to scratches from my cat. The damage was superficial and cosmetic, yet management insisted on full replacement rather than repair or a partial charge. They also charged me for not returning my amenity pass, which I did not realized needed to be returned. I immediately mailed it back to them and was still told they would not dismiss the charge. Despite repeated attempts to communicate, I had to send multiple follow-ups before receiving responses, and the General Manager, Chrissy Wickes, was consistently uncooperative and dismissive. I was repeatedly threatened with collections, even though I
