I’m a new tenant and have lived here for 7 days. Here is my review and rating of my experience so far. I hope that my rating and overall experience will improve during my time here. There is no ill intent behind this review, I simply hope it helps potential residents make an informed decision before signing a lease. If I had known the information below, I would have chosen differently. I previously lived in a luxury apartment building in Jersey City but moved because I needed more space. I also wanted to stay within the same price range for quality living. I saw a listing for 123 S Munn Avenue on Zillow and visited the website (Redka1) for more details. I’ve had an overall positive experience living in this apartment building. Like any place, there were a few minor issues that came up during my time here, but what really stood out to me was how quickly and professionally everything was handled. The staff is friendly, respectful, and genuinely tries to accommodate residents. Whenever I reached out about a concern, I received a prompt response and a timely resolution. It never felt like my requests were being ignored or pushed aside. The super and property management team are especially helpful and accessible. They make it easy to communicate, and you can reach out to them whenever something comes up. It’s reassuring to know management is attentive and takes residents’ comfort seriously. Having been with this company for over 10 years, I've had the pleasure of living in various buildings and units. They consistently innovate and elevate the overall living experience. When they announced the opening of a luxury building, I knew I had to be a part of it. This is my first luxury apartment, and I can't express how in love I am with my new home! The building and management are wonderful. The superintendent is always very helpful whenever I need assistance. The attention to detail and the quality of amenities truly make a difference. If you're considering a move, I highly recommend checking out their luxury options!

I had to break my lease due to weed smoking tenants and having an asthma prone wife, the tenants smoke weed multiple times a day, and it would seep directly into my living room. Management charged me my security deposit due to breaking lease, even if i was forced out of my apartment for health concerns. Not only did i have to pay to move out of here for my wife’s health, but they told me they would see what they could do about the security deposit, only to deactivate my tenant portal the same day they sent me a letter saying they charged me with no way of contacting them except playing phone tag with an answering machine. Oh and contacting management is nonexistent. They call you…. you can’t call them because you will talk to maintenance, and you can’t reach them via email because they

This building is one of the best luxury apartments. I have moved into.the staffs and management are great. They attend to calls on time. the rooms and surrounding is clean.
