A scam of a company!!! DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! They do not have a working phone number, nobody reaches you through email. They sold my building to a new company and now the company is saying that we never paid our deposit, first months rent and the past two months of rent. A Disgusting, disorganized scam of a company. They will be seeing me in court! Never have I ever thought I would find myself in this situation. Save yourself the stress and mental anguish.

A client of mine has raised serious concerns regarding their experience with this firm. After entrusting over $250,000 from their 401(k) retirement account, they have been unable to obtain any information about the current status of their investment. The client specifically identified Dominique Carretta as the financial advisor involved and reported that repeated attempts to contact him have gone unanswered. This lack of communication has caused significant distress and uncertainty. I recommend exercising caution when considering engagement with this company.

Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else don’t let the price or the “deals” fool you this property is not well kept. From the rodents such as mice and the ROACHES which are a huge problem if you live alone you’re not. The building is INFESTED at 107 new street. You are guaranteed to have roaches in your home. I even saw a roach inside of my car and had to bug bomb it several times. Living here has completely changed my life I have NEVER lived with insects let alone ROACHES ?! No save your money . On top of that management is terrible the super doesn’t do anything or answer the phone I had a leak in my toilet which is priority and he refused to answer the phone. I am writing this review not only as a victim of this company’s negligence but as a warning to others. This property management company knowingly allowed individuals to use stolen or unauthorized personal information to fraudulently rent apartments, without conducting proper identity verification or background checks. Despite clear evidence that the applicant was not the rightful person, the company approved leases in their name—putting innocent individuals on the hook for thousands of dollars in back rent they never agreed to, signed for, or even knew about. Now, instead of pursuing the actual perpetrators, the company is harassing and threatening the real victims, using collection agencies and legal pressure to collect debts they never owed in the first place. I used to live in Proud living Communities in Trenton. I'm still waiting for the rest of my security deposit. This company does not answer their phone. They also do not want to give back the security deposit. If I can give zero stars I would. This company does not deserve this 1 star that I am given. If anyone knows who is in charge or the direct contact number. I freeze for almost a year in that place. Maintenance did not want to fix anything. I can go on with the problems that are going on. I will be great ful if you can forward that information to me Thank You
