This building is a complete disgrace and the management is even worse. I’ve been here since April and it has been nothing but stress, negligence, and embarrassment. Noise: The walls are paper thin. Every stomp from my upstairs neighbor makes my walls shake. I’ve complained multiple times and Dioslyn — who either doesn’t care or simply isn’t capable — has done absolutely nothing. Communication: Instead of solving problems, they spam tenants with mass text blasts multiple times a day threatening to tow cars. I’ve even come home to find eviction notices plastered on the front doors for everyone to see. That is beyond unprofessional and humiliating. Safety: This is where it gets truly unacceptable. I was attacked by a pit bull that lives in the building, reported it several times, and manag

I live underneath two inconsiderate water buffalo’s that lack self awareness in the way that they step so if you’re going to move in here I recommend living on higher floors. I’ve lived here for 3 months and have had the same issue since my very first night of moving in. Dioselyn and the super are helpful and responsive, but I think there is a major issue in the way this building was built as I see a lot of complaints regarding hearing everything through walls/floors. It’s a beautiful building but living underneath people that stomp their way around the house almost 24 hours of the day has truly been hell. Do your research and move to higher floors if possible.

☆☆☆☆☆ Buyer’s Remorse at Its Finest The building is now standing in great condition is a bold face lie I’m sitting in my living room hearing the people above me every move, no peace here because some incognito owners want to be greedy instead of worrying about their residents I truly regret moving into this building. From the start, it was obvious that construction was rushed—there’s virtually no soundproofing. I can hear everything: footsteps from the neighbors above, conversations in nearby units, and even loud music from outside as if it’s playing inside my apartment. Peace and privacy simply don’t exist here. They use the term “luxury” to justify the rent, but there is nothing luxurious about this property yes it’s very appealing to the eye! however Real luxury buildings accommodate

We recently helped my elderly parents move into one of the brand-new apartments at 227 North Walnut, and it’s been an incredible experience for them. The building is quiet, clean, and thoughtfully designed—just what they needed at this stage of life. The in-unit washer and dryer are a huge convenience, saving them trips to a laundry room. The spacious layout and large windows make their home bright and welcoming, and the modern kitchen with granite countertops has made cooking a joy for them again. The amenities are also ideal for them. They especially love the cozy reading room, which offers a peaceful retreat, and the community spaces, where they’ve started meeting other residents. The management team has been so attentive, ensuring every need is met promptly. One thing that stood out

Had noise complaint. Made several complaint with no solution and no feedback. They suggested i called the police as solution.🤣 Also, they do not have plowing service. Basically, if snows you need wait for super which can be hours or shovel yourself. Following up to complaint still major issue.
