Elevator not working. Water heater making big sound as water not moving inside at the middle of the night. Definitely a dangerous area at night. This building is a nightmare! STAY AWAY FROM!!!!!

The neighborhood is very safe. The building is surrounded by the East Orange and Orange police department. Brick Church train station is three to four blocks from the building, the train station may look a little abandoned but is very safe, 20 to 30 to get to the heart of New York City (Madison Square Garden). If one is looking for a nice fancy restaurant, they can go to one of those three towns: Bloomfield, Montclair or South Orange; 15 to 20mn. 55 Washington by The Friber Group is a nice place; close to West Orange Zoo, to Newark Prudential Center and to Branch Brook Park. Welcome to New Jersey, one of the safest State.

Room 8H is being utilized as an Airbnb by Sojourney Collection Supercharge Your Short Term Rental Profits, room is modern but neighborhood isn't the best and it's very far away from NYC. Walking from apartment building to the Brick train station was a bit stretchy and the public transportation is confusing as well. Even though the Airbnb will stay it takes 20-30 mins to get the city please add 15 -20 more minutes. I came down here with my kids for spring break and had a horrible experience, no great restaurant to order food but fast food. Please re-evaluate your initeray prior to booking this space for Airbnb stay. Unfortunately, we have to cancel the reservation early and they took all our monies. They choice money over our safety.

I believe I stayed here as a Airbnb and it was a good experience. Beautiful appearance and I felt at home right away
