I am truly astonished by the blatant unprofessionalism displayed by this leasing agency. I contacted a leasing agent in mid-August to schedule a tour and was informed that I could visit the apartment during their working hours for a tour of the unit I was interested in. When I arrived on August 22, I initially had difficulty getting in touch with someone to let me into the building. Upon meeting the Assistant Property Manager, I was neither greeted nor introduced to her. I only discovered her name, Rosaly, after the tour when she handed me her business card. The tour itself went well, and I was informed that the unit would be available on October 1st. I expressed my desire to move in slightly sooner, depending on the state completing an inspection. Whoever be answering the phone in the leasing office be rude as hell .. I don't have time I'm just going to report them, like why have rentals up with no address but when I'm inquiring about it she says do I want to find the address first .. like why not look it up weirdo

I am extremely grateful to Rosaly for her exceptional assistance during my move-in process. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and hassle-free. Her professionalism and efficiency truly stood out, and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. The apartment itself is fantastic, with an incredible view, and Rosaly’s support made it even more enjoyable. I am highly disappointed with my interaction when attempting to rent an apartment at the Executive House. Eager to move with my two children upon getting my keys, I was saddened to walk into the apartment, which was not painted nor cleaned. The heating system had holes, the walls had stains, etc. However, after showing the conditions of the apartment to management in hopes of a resolution, I was saddened by the lack of empathy shown when I was moving from NYC with two children, and on the day of move-in, I was given no choice but to return the keys. Not only a traumatizing day, it's something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

Rosely Goris is amazing! From the moment I moved in I have nothing but great things to say about her and her coworkers. Rosely is very responsive and makes sure to follow up to make sure my challenges have been addressed by maintenance when needed. Rosely professionalism is top tier and has made my experience here at Executive house comforting.
