Redbud Place Apartments

I would not rent from here ever again. I moved from spring to Huntsville to go to college. The landlord said when we were moving in that there might be a slight bug problem & to let him know if we saw any. IF? There were hundreds of German cockroaches that had infested the apartment. We had to call several times to get exterminators out to take care of the problem, and they would only spray the base boards. We asked the maintenance guy how bad the tenant was before us and he said oh it wasn't that bad. When I asked the exterminator how bad the bug problem was he said that in his 30 years he had NEVER seen such a bad infestation. We had to use roach bombs on our own dime to finally get rid of them. I was not reimbursed. When we moved out, after a couple months I received only $100 of my $25

I really miss live in my apartment was peaceful clean. The landlord maintain and really good shape the apartments the areas I was happy living there one year.

Affordable, quiet complex. Some features of the units can be a little run down, but I haven’t had any issues.
