Shout out to Becky and Redbrick for always answering the phone or at the very least a quick call back to address my every question! I am a realtor and when listing properties, I try to be as well informed as possible with HOA information. Becky on numerous occasions has been an amazing resource. Thank you, Becky, you're a dynamite Property Manager!

Lack of response & poor service by RedBrick staff is the worst I've ever experienced. Totally unacceptable for any organization looking for a management company. Specifically, Sara Grant and Michael Carnahan will not reply to repeated phone messages to answer a simple yes or no question. Even their after-hours answering service rep said that receiving no reply from them is no surprise to him. Pay attention to their many negative reviews - they're accurate and legitimate.

Avoid this property management company if you value communication, accountability, or basic professionalism. Megan is supposedly the point person, but she’s rarely in the office, and when she is, the door is locked to make it look like no one’s there. Phone calls go unanswered, voicemails are ignored for weeks, even for time sensitive issues. Residents have had their cars towed because she entered vehicle info incorrectly, and there’s no follow up or apology. Calling the main Red Brick number doesn’t help, they just tell you to call Megan, creating a frustrating loop of zero support. It’s been one of the worst management experiences I’ve ever had.

Thanks to Megan, she did a great job helping us everything we needed, I really recommend RedBrick Management.

Thanks to RedBrick for assisting with residential communication during my asphalt resurfacing project in Cambria. Big shoutout to Kimberly Lovig who handled all the email communications to the residents. What I thought would be a difficult project turned out to run pretty smooth with very few complaints. That wouldn't have happened without Kim working with me. Thanks so much!
