On the first floor, there’s an open area between the patio door and storage that stays permanently filled with debris. Amazing experience! The apartments are nice and clean, and the balconies are great! Having only two floors is perfect for moving in and easily accessing your apartment! Also, the staff treats everyone like family in the best way!

Is anyone else having raccoon issues on their balconies at nighttime? I’m getting highly annoyed and aggravated with these damn things and wildlife never comes out to trap and remove any pests in a timely manner! I had a horrible raccoon problem over the spring time of 2025 and it took wildlife about a month to come out and trap and remove the raccoons off the property. Now there’s more raccoons and it’s getting really annoying!

I moved out last year everything was paid in full and I actually had a overpayment that was supposed to be mailed to me now I'm receiving calls from collections stating a have a balance with martins pointe when I paid everything and I also paid to break my lease because I no longer wanted to live there with packages being stolen constantly and people smoking and hanging out in my building, they also made me sign something stating I wouldn't post about them and I see why because they have terrible service and over charge their tenants! How do am I in collections when y'all owed me money!!!! Move here you'll be gone in a year
