WHEN I TELL YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, DO NOT GO!!!!! I DONT care how desperate you is do not consider this company. I rent from firstkey homes in 2024. We went to go view the house in February of 2024 and it seemed that everything was okay. We signed the paperwork and were set to move in. We go to inspection the home one more time before moving in and found that roaches painted over and a few minor fixtures ( downstairs half bathroom window did not open, there was holes in the fence, and a lot of dead flies in the window). So of course we called them to have the house sprayed and inform them about the other minor problems. So once things were fixed everything seems okay until we received our utility bills and they were outrageous. So I tried calling to see why was it so highly and try t

I’d like to leave a positive review for the maintenance technician who serviced my oven this morning. Brian Dyer, called before he arrived, and was very polite and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and determined that it needed a part. He left and returned with the part in less than 30 min. After the repair, he made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. Great job Brian!

Jose was very friendly & welcoming.. the home was nice and clean. He also removed the leaves from the stairs and walk way! Very appreciated!!

Pete did a great job with my sink and offered some real good advice. He was on time and did a great job following up and letting me know what he was doing and how long it would take. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work

Brian was very professional, he explained and showed me where I had the issue with the furnace. Really appreciate him coming so fast and being a resident with First Key Homes!!
