Had appointment for a 2:30 showing with these people in Seymour. I was there at 2:30 sharp there was another guy there before us. Another 2 people there like 5 min after us. No body showed or called. Thanks for wasting our time. I don’t recommend !

Had the best experience, Sarah was so helpful and kind. I called her several times and she was so promptv in answering my questions. The process was easy - application done via email. If I missed something I was notified. I was able to pay via their portal. Sarah enabled me to complete process in only a few days and rent the appartment,

I do not recommend renting with this company, they do not do an annual inspection, the conditions are not healthy, I am pregnant and my doctor sent a letter asking me to leave the place, I am a single mother, I gave RPM 90 days to find a new tenant since my pregnancy was not going well due to the terrible conditions in which they keep the building and RPM STOLE MY DEPOSIT. For three years I lived in one of the properties they manage. Paul and the team are very professional and get back to you right away. The property was always kept up by their great maintenance manager. I once had an issue last year in my apartment, and the maintenance manager came to help on his day off. Awesome service! The team is very nice.
