Lakewood Apartments

I waited until I have been living here for more than a year to leave a comment. Five stars for the overall experience. Great maintenance team, particularly Jeff and Alex, they are so responsive to requests and accommodations. The monthly bill covers rent, （hot) water, and AC. Great gym on the ground floor. The apartment has been recently renovated and everything was handled very nicely. Friendly neighbors and nice parks around. One small thing though, if you also consider living on the fifth floor: it takes some time for the hot water to come out if you take a shower early in the morning. Other than this, everything is perfect. I just renewed for another year.

I couldn't be happier in my new home! Everything was spotless at move-in & everyone has been so helpful and friendly. Questions and/or concerns are addressed quickly & completely. I feel safe.

The apartments are neat, neighbours ok (depending on which apartment you're located in, but that's apartment life for you), location fantastic, rent reasonable, but the bestest thing about this complex is the duo of Alex and Jeff, who are there to do maintenance and explain basic things whenever you ask! Always smiling and understanding, they are one of the main reasons we can't imagine living anywhere else :) thanks guys!

I really love this apartment building. From the time I was touring to now, my experience at Lakewood has been great. Clean facilities, nice gym and laundry everything you need in a space. Grateful to be here.

The maintenance team at Lakewood are great! I put in a request regarding our refrigerator, and Jeff came to look at it, ascertain the problem, and resolved the issue really quickly. He was super responsive and attentive from the moment I placed the request, until everything was finished - he made sure to answer any questions we had, and remained communicative throughout.
