Chestnut Hill North Apartments

I’ve lived at Chestnut Hill Communities for 15 years and have watched management’s professionalism decline, especially at 975. The maintenance supervisor consistently shows unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. Repairs often cause damage to personal property, yet management refuses to take responsibility. I was even told to send my damaged furniture offsite for repair, which I never consented to. Promises for follow-up visits go unfulfilled. While staff like Ralph are excellent, the lack of accountability from leadership makes living here unnecessarily difficult. At this point, the pattern of neglect feels like constructive eviction. Nice and quiet place to live. I have been there for 3 years now and I hope to continue living there. The apartments are clean and well kept. I have never had any pest problem and I'm so thankful for that. I love how quick maintenance responds to requests, John is the best. Management is friendly and always responds quickly to any issues. I don't particularly agree with pricing (especially no in-unit washer/dryer and an older style apartment space) but with the current economic climate, but, it is what it is. I recommend chesnut hill to anyone.

I absolutely love living here. I have been living at Chestnut Hill North for 9 years. The apartments are updated and very clean. The buildings are quiet and maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. Joanna and Ralph are always very responsive and helpful. I’ve always felt safe knowing there are cameras outside the building as well as inside of the hallways. The washers and dryers are convenient. They have malfunctions but the issue is usually resolved quickly. The office staff values our experience and listens when there are concerns. I would absolutely recommend Chestnut Hill North.

I can't say enough good things about my apartment building and its management team. From the moment I moved in, I've been consistently impressed with the level of service and care provided. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the management. They are incredibly responsive, always available to address any concerns, and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the communal areas are kept in pristine condition. Living here has been an absolute pleasure, and I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home. Five stars all the way!
