Aspen Glen Apartments

It is a gated community with units renting at $2,100+ and the gate into the property has been broken for 2+ years! The outside of the property is not kept up, and no benches to sit on when you walk the community. The apartments are spacious, it is wonderful having 2 full baths and a washer and dryer in your unit but the appliances are old and dated in the on-renovated units.

We requested maintenance to adjust the hot water in the guest bathroom. Mike showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. He even came back later that day to fix a minor problem we showed him that was not on the maintenance request we submitted. It is refreshing to see someone who cares and is glad to help. Thank you.

I stayed for 2 years and I was fully respected to the agreement lease I never missed my rent and no issues and unfortunately, I have a bad experience when moved out they took 1587$ of my deposit and returned only 193$ they said due to damaged carpet 😐 . I would prefer to hear back from them to correct my case. You can see these photos when I moved out.

My partner and I were attempting to rent here, we got the application and I had some MAJOR red flags from them. So I called with questions. Of course an apartment needs your id number, social, and maybe proof of income but that should be it. I provided them with these things and the they proceeded with using payscore and wanting my BANK LOGIN NAME AND PASSWORD the further they wanted pics front and back of my social security card and id Living in more than 4 other apartment complexes I knew that this is not necessary especially when they were already provided with info including paystubs, social, and ID number. When I called and questioned it I was met with such rudeness, besides one worker every interaction I had was negative. They were rude, not helpful, and met me with ALL ATTITUDE a

The touring lady Stephanie is so rude. I called and someone told me they had availability “ The Cheshire” open and I can come tour. So I made appt for 4. When I got there Stephanie had a whole attitude . I walked in and said “ hi I’m here for a tour” she like “we don’t have anything available” lol I said okay… even though it was just confirmed there was something available . Then I said well I still would like a tour (which I guess pissed her off)… like I drove all the way there, so imma get a tour.. Then she asked for my ID and gave me keys and told me to WALK MYSELF TO THE APARTMENT AND TOUR MYSELF. Really?! And they call this luxury rentals with this kind of service . So I walked over there alone came back. Gave her the keys and she was tryin to say bye… I said can I please see the club
