Real Estate Rental Center

The issue here for the Real Estate Rental Center is the manager Tina. She is terrible at communication. She will tell you one thing and do another. She also forgets and doesn’t follow through with what she says she is going to do. We should have hired an attorney for our situation, but chose not to work with this agency until Tina leaves. Until Tina leaves, do not trust her with managing your property or managing your tenants. Record every conversation and keep every text / document from her.

I would advise you to not use this company to manage your rental property. They do not ensure that the unit is rented to reputable renters, they also do not return the rental back to you in the same condition that it was given to them. Their cleaning is completely unacceptable. The property manager makes endless excuses about things that are their responsibility instead of taking care of them. Do not let Tina manage your property. You’ll get it back in a much worse state than you left it.

Advertises consistently on Facebook about available rentals yet has none. Will waste your time and not respond to messages either.
