I worked with Karson Klein to purchase a home in Lead. I was not living in the area, so Karson set up a tour and inspection at a convenient time for me. He did all the work in scheduling and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. He was easy to work with and communicated what was going on with the purchase. He worked in a timely manner and still checks in to see how things are going with the home I chose. I would highly recommend his service.

We worked with Doily and he went above and beyond for us. Our first meeting we went in very unsure and sat down with the home we were looking at and explained our wants, needs and expectations. We were not sure if it was the right fit for us. He said " we will make this happen".We went and looked at the place with him, and with his back ground of being a home inspector, he helped us to know what to look for, make sure that everything ran correctly. He was always available when we needed him, worked around our schedules, and explained details that we were unsure of. A week before closing we had an issue with insurance and he reached out and found help for us. He kept in constant contact with us, and was not pushy at all. Then closing was pushed a week back and he was still there helping us

Karson and Doily were absolutely amazing in us buying our home. We were on a tight budget and they helped us navigate our first time home so effortlessly. They were prompt to answer questions about the process. It was great having Doily who is also a home inspector when looking through homes. He pointed out the pros and cons and helped us know a few things about home ownership. Karson did an outstanding job for us when we sold our home. His analysis of the market was spot on and helped us price our property right where it needed to be. His marketing is the best in the Black Hills….. just check out any of the photos he uses on property he sells - incredible work! Would highly recommend using him!!!
