We engaged Diversified Construction for our house building project. We had a complicated build on a homesite up on a mountain. Diversified managed the project well and did high quality work. We were extremely happy with their communication with us. Any phone call, text or email was responded to promptly, typically same day. They provided the estimates from trades people and sub-contractors so that we always had an idea of the projected costs. They provided regular, detailed, itemized invoices with the supporting receipts and invoices from subcontractors and suppliers. Was really nice to work with they were super fast we started digging at our lot July 8th and they were done with the house September 5th I was very impressed. They helped us budget very well and walked us through everything that we needed to know. The only thing I could say and that probably goes for building any house is that anything you do want done needs to be on paper not just by conversation
