Iron Ridge Estates

I lived at Iron Ridge Estates on two separate occasions, totaling seven years, and my family and I really enjoyed our time here. The apartments are comfortable, the views are amazing, and the rent is very fair. The staff were always very responsive to any maintenance issues we had, which made living here even better. We especially loved the pool during the summer—it was a great place to relax and enjoy the season. The only minor downside is the driveway, which is a bit steep and can be challenging in the winter, but it’s manageable. Overall, I would definitely recommend Iron Ridge Estates to anyone looking for an apartment in Spearfish.

Management is very responsive. Of the apartment buildings we have visited in Spearfish Iron Ridge Estates has the most comfortable layout. The views speak for themselves.

I would never ever again occupy any properties managed by these people, they do not maintain the property in the winter and the road going up the hill is always icy. They have had black mold in both the apartments I rented and tried to blame me for past residents damage and kept most of my security deposit. For the money it is not worth dealing with the terrible management. The worst customer service you can imagine and the apartments all smell like pet urine. Interesting reply seeing as I have all the pictures and communications about the mold. Zero integrity and super petty

I can not speak for these apartments, however I rented out a Stage Run Loop apartment managed by the same people. Everything is a new charge, prices are extremely high for a piece of junk apartment. I had frost on the inside of my windows during winter, only one light in each room, everything is in a shadow. The whole building would wobble during the wind. When the person living below me was on the phone I could hear the other person talking through the phone. Property management is just money hungry charging outrageous prices for everything, a short term lease fee is $1,250.00 extra non-refundable. They tried to make me pay full months rent when moving out half way through the month. Would not recommend any properties manged by these people. Stay away
