Rancho Del Sol Apartments

These are the ABSOLUTELY worst apartments you could ever move into... NO JOKE!!! Almost EVERYDAY they were turning the water off for some type of maintenance. The toilets and drains were ALWAYS clogged, refrigerator leaking water... something always needing to be fixed. It was terrible! I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this place for any human. They look okay from the outside, but don't let that fool you... you definitely will regret it. And then on top of all this nightmare... they had the audacity to keep our entire deposit and then tell us we still owe them $601.78 for painting, for walls that had nothing wrong with them, carpet that was still looking new when we moved out, and for linoleum that they should be responsible for due to their leaking refrigerator. So PLEASE, don't get scammed

Don't recommend living there They say they fix things but they don't , I barely moved in Manager never there

Writing another review since this is the only way I get a response from the property! I have been given a 60 notice because I complained that there are things that needed to be fixed. So, unless you want to live in slums don’t move here!:)

Worst place to rent. Don’t do it! It’s the worst place. And management is the worst. Mold everywhere, and everything about it is bad.
