Shadow Point Apartments

I have been living here for over a year about 13 months. This place is horrible. I was okay with it at first, because the rent is cheap and the interior of the apartment is okay. However, I will literally not sleep for the next 30 days of living here. This place is NOT safe and NOT secure. My patio got broken into more than a month ago and my bikes were stolen. They wouldn’t let us break our lease even though I was literally losing sleep at night. Tons of homeless people and crackheads going through the dumpsters and walking through the apartments. I am so scared and it’s so hot in the apartment with the window closed at night. It’s insane. Today I literally had to kick out a homeless guy with a beer staring into my window !!!! If you’re hesitant you should be! Especially if you’re a woman

Honestly disappointed. The place has a roach problem , bugs literally come from under the baseboards and flooring. It’s not just one sighting, it’s ongoing. Pest control will come every few weeks and have you move everything from cabinets etc which is annoying when the work is ineffective. The whole building needs to be bombed to fix the issue. Tenants have literally been fighting for 1year plus for the roach infestation problem. There’s also dog poop all over the property, and it smells like dog as soon as you walk in or out of the apartments. For what they charge, it’s way too expensive for the quality you’re getting. Hot water , trash , sewage etc isn’t included and is ridiculously priced . Rent is due strictly on the 1st, no flexibility at all. If your check is delayed or you get pa

This place is completely trash all the pictures they show us what it looks like. It does not look nothing like that. The parking lot the whole entire facility is disgusting not only is it has all kinds of homeless hanging out and about walking through there, there’s trash and debris everywhere. There’s lots of cockroaches in all the apartments. It seems like you can’t get rid of them. It seems like they just do not care on top of that. The inside of the apartment is completely crap. They go cheap The bathrooms are completely a mess. They’re usually issues with the plumbing, which is even worse they charge you with a very expensive rent and nothing of the amenities that is supposed to have. the rent needs to change or something needs to change because it’s very disgusting.but on top of all

Joanna was trying her best but the property is Over priced for what they offer. Kitchen drawers face were coming off, grease on the doors, shower tub was just painted. The new carpet and AC were nice along with the size of the apartment.

It is a quiet and comfortable place to live. It is very nice and clean. The only thing missing is for the neighbors to learn to keep their pets and the laundries clean (they leave a lot of trash even though the cleaning staff is always on the lookout).
