If you plan to buy or sell a home, do your research on this firm. We had a terrible experience. First red flag, and Ill admit its my fault, but the amount of paperwork we have to sign is a bit insane. Long story short, I paid a .5% to my realtor...Im the buyer. They failed to at least call it out. That to me is beyond reprehensible. 2nd red flag, the agent failed to advise us on getting the pool equipment inspected. We thought it fell under the disclosure and overall inspection, bad assumption. However, I feel its the agents responsibility to inform the buyer. I am a reasonable person. I have attempted to contact their people to work something out...nothing but crickets. I now have to get an attorney involved, I do not plan to pay $4k for a new pool heater.

Concur with the comment posted four days ago as well. Do your research. Signed the buyer agent contract, canceled it via email And almost 3 months later, the agent says I owe her a commission and that she never got the cancellation request. Ever since the correspondence has been harassing And intimidating in nature, And their persistence on the issue is borderline fraud. Reported to the BBB, State Realty board, And the CFPB In hopes that they cease this type of business practice.
