at first i was impressed of the ambiance, they have trees and plans/flowers and of course gated which i liked the most for safety. However, the location itself is surrounded by schools and other establishments of which very noisy during the day, and on top of that the renovations to some units added the noise, Secondly, water interruptions like 3 to 4 times a week. Thirdly, the rental is quite high, aside from paying your electricity bill, you also have to pay LIVEABLES (compose of water bill, trash collection, gas for the water heater, and another electric bill as your share for the lights on your front door, walkway, parking areas etc) which we pay an average of 120 USD monthly and quarterly 220 depends on how many of you in the unit. Nalee was a great manager. She was timely and responsive and would keep me updated on issues going on with the property (maintenance issues or emergencies). She is very easy to work with and does a really great job with ensuring her tenants have what they need. The move in process was really easy and comfortable. Great manager!

Those apartments are very nice clean the inside is very beautiful with a lot of closets and the manager Nalee is very nice and kind she makes that place a good place to call home. I really recommend people to apply theirs if you like beautiful house and good vibes that the one I am really in love with it😊
