Ramblewood Apartments

Constant turnover in office staff makes it difficult to communicate concerns. Maintenance snow removal is somewhat questionable. While cleaning the snow from sidewalks is ok. They leave large lumps of snow at the end of the patio and end of sidewalks. Makes it difficult to navigate when you're walking over with a cane or using a wheelchair. Lived here 3 years and it's the same problem every year.

I rarely leave reviews unless I'm genuinely impressed. I lived at Ramblewood Apartments for 4 years. I was on the top floor in apartment A11. Covered parking was steps away from the main entrance. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. The price of the apartment for the amount of space and amenities is the best you can get. The area is quiet and the neighbors are great! I had packages delivered all the time, even during last-minute business trips when they sat outside my door for 3-5 days, and not once did anything go missing or was tampered with. Any time I had a service issue, it was handled promptly. I truly can't say enough good things about this place. I moved because of work. If it wasn't for that, I would have stayed! I've lived here very happily for approx 17 years - Let that speak for itself! I lived for a long time in a one bedroom and more recently a 2 bedroom. No significant problems at all. Office staff is great, and maintenance staff exceptional. Clean, and quiet. I've referred multiple people here who have also remained happy here.

WE USED to live there and was a nice place but we moved because of the terrible noise from the guy upstairs who was the lover of one of the secretaries, (niece of the manager) which caused a horrible situation as they will argue all the time, yelling and screaming banging at the doors at any time.... I of course will call almost daily asking please to tell the guy when he arrived at midnight or later not to through shoes doors drawers and wake us up. nothing was done except they were mad at me for calling and complaining so we had to move. My husband wants to go back and they have been making him believe that he was in a waiting list, he lost good oportunities of renting other places because in his obsesion he wanted to go back there, hey lied to him and make him waste a year or 2. you d

We have lived here for years with little issue, but the office has recently decided they don't need to respond to emails. Apparently being a resident means give them your money and to hell with anything else.
