Raleigh House Apartments

We’ve been here about two months now and I can confidently tell you we absolutely love it! Amber is phenomenal!! She made the entire process so easy! From communicating over the phone, to touring the property, to paperwork and moving in (which was all done in the matter of about a week!!) I’ve never had moving go so smoothly. If I have a question, she is always quick to reply, even with limited office hours. We haven’t had to call maintenance yet (which in my mind speaks to the quality of care they put in) but I do often see Kraig around the property and he is very friendly and polite. The neighbors are also great! It’s a quiet community but very welcoming. There’s lots of little community things that Amber puts on like food drives and door decorating contests. Pros: Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything, quiet community, handles maintenance issues promptly, excellent communication, tankless water heater so unlimited hot water, well maintained property Cons: Occasionally too little parking, garages are difficult to obtain (limited quantity) Recommend for grad students, working professionals, retirement, etc.. who are seeking a quiet community yet close to East Lansing/Okemos/Haslett.

The backyard needed major cleanup as a resident had not cleaned up after a dog throughout the winter. After reporting the issue, maintenance took care of it as soon as the weather warmed, thus making it possible to remove piles of doggy dumps. Thank you for seeing that it was cleared so my child and I will be able to use the yard this spring.

Won’t fix moisture/ humidity level at dangerous level or AC. Everything wet. Have to run 2-35 Liter dehumidifiers 24/7 to keep things dry. And not getting sick. Refused doing a mold test. Not right to make tenants live in these conditions, put their health at risk and make them run dehumidifiers all day just to try to live comfortable

Omg! Raleigh House is the best apt I have ever had. The staff is amazing. I mainly dealt with the regional manager Kara, and WOW she is amazing. She made this such a quick and easy process. I highly recommend this apt!!!!
