Most terrible place to live the landlady harrasses any tenant walking into their home shes very rude for no entire reason but as I can see that is probably the reason these apartments have 3 star rating they are poorly taken care of barely maintained.. but it's ok cause karma is very ugly and God doesn't like ugly you will reap what you sew

This is the worst place I ever lived. I lived here in the early 00s. I've recommended people to never rent here. She will take you to court stating she spends 15 hours cleaning an apartment that you have to basically clean yourself to have it fully clean. When I went to court at 19 years old I asked where were the photos of this so called filthy apartment that we left clean? None! But the lawyer and the judge sure did seem friendly with each other along with her. Scams. Make sure if you move there you take photos and videos when you move in and out. She seems nice at first but because rude when she's kicking you out or you decide to leave. I know of 3 people I'm close friends with who decided to move there and shes pulling the same thing with them saying their apartment is dirty and have t

I was interested in a two bedroom apartment from here, and the manager there Marilyn told me I would have to wait till July 5th to come to take a look at it because they had to clean it out from the recent tenants and they wouldn't be there July 4th. So I waited till 8:00am Tuesday and went there with my girlfriend to tour the apartment, and she told me "Honey I've already rented that apartment!" as if she had already told me I could submit an application to save a place in line. She does not know how to communicate and I can see renting from this complex would be a disaster, I try to ignore reviews at first and get a feel of the place myself and I see now what everyone on here is saying.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I have a family of four, and the landlady rented us the crappiest, most falling apart apartment they had when we moved in. The manager is entirely in unprofessional, vindictive and a liar. She bad mouths nearly everyone who rents here when they decide to leave, hardly returns deposits, and makes exaggerative accusations. She also personally insulted me, my husband, and our home (which is ironic considering she's the one who let the apartment fall apart over time.) If there was a way to find the owners and file a complaint I would. Never rent here.

HORRIBLE!!! The management is rude and undependable. The apartment I lived in had black mold, warped cabinets, bad carpet, non working fixtures and weak toilets. Upon signing my lease I was promised to have the apartment cleaned and things fixed. Nobody ever did anything and management was absolutely no help and ignored the fact I had mold. Once I turned in my 30 day notice the manager, Marilyn Montano, told me she was going to charge me $200 cleaning fee even though my apartment was spotless and was not cleaned prior to my moving in. They will try to raise your rent and will screw you over! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX OR FROM MARILYN MONTANO!!!!!
