Landmark Title Roswell

It is true what is being said about this company. They are truly incompetent. I had to submit a complaint to the New Mexico Superintendent of Insurance to have something simple processed. I highly recommend using a different title company here in Roswell. They truly do not care about keeping clients. They will lie, act dumb, and judge you. However, they will be nice when they want your money and if they know you have no previous knowledge about insurance. I recommend people who have had a negative experience to submit your complaint to The New Mexico Superintendent of Insurance for good record keeping. You should also submit your complaint to the BBB. And those of you who are still choosing to use them, at least you will be prepared for when you have to submit your complaint lol. Good luck

Astonishingly incompetent. Use at your own risk. Don't expect them to return your calls, or those of your lender. Do plan on rescheduling your closing date, even if they were notified 45 days in advance, because they couldn't be bothered to even open your file until a few days before closing. Then be prepared to redo all of your own paperwork because they can't get it right the first time.

They are an awesome title office... Wonderful people and amazing service! You go to them and you can rest assured the title work will be done right! =)
