I agree with Penny in the first review. If you are considering hiring Cheryle Pattison to sell your home, BUYER BEWARE! Cheryle is NOT responsive to calls, texts or emails. While the home was under contract she went out of town for 3 extended weekends on vacation. As a result, she could not/did not respond to our inquiries for help, repair requests regarding our inspection or follow up on the appraisal. As a result, her negligence of duty caused our long distance move to be rescheduled which created a cascade of problems for our relocation closing date and movers. She did not apologize for her lack of coordination in managing the dates but blamed all others involved. Has no empathy for her customers. She refused to reduce her fee. Our home SOLD itself! If you are considering hiring Cheryle Pattison to sell your property, I would not! I have been selling residential real estate in San Francisco for twelve years. I was so incredibly disappointed when my brother hired her to sell our mother's home. The eventual results substantiated my concerns. We may have gotten one of the lowest price per foot on the sale in the complex. I'm glad my parents were not able to see the outcome. The photos Cheryle posted for awful. I believe she took them herself instead of hiring a professional. The photos and copy of a property are very important as they are usually the first images a buyer sees.
