Villas of Briar Ridge

I had several phone conversations with the office staff at The Villas of Briar Ridge and found the office manager to be very friendly, helpful and informative. Although I did not ultimately rent at this time, I did receive valuable information about the property and positive feedback about the potential to be a resident there. Should my circumstances change I will definitely consider renting there. Having a supportive community and management team is very important.

People at these apartments been harassing me I make multiple reports and nothing is done about it every one needs to be treated fairly . These are good apartments it's just the people and landlord that needs to get better, the landlord should make sure everyone feels safe my daughter don't feel comfortable going to the park cause the adults that live here yell at her n her friends for nothing these grown ups aren't acting grown they keep hanging around kids n get in the kids conflicts and make it worse when the kids are trying to fix it I want my daughter to feel comfortable enough to hang out with her friends but she can't do that if these grown ups keep trying to turn them against her . After a year, all I can say is Eric’s Amazing and Michelle takes everything into consideration and is very urgent for her tenants! They take care of the landscaping, And I love that There’s a mini lake behind us as well.

This place is INFESTED with roaches. Also our unit got shot at by a neighboring unit and WE were charged for damages. They kept our whole deposit. Wouldn’t recommend living here at all. It’s not safe. Also our dish washer was broken the whole time we lived here and they never responded to maintenance requests

This is an apartment complex. However, management is unresponsive. Maintenance requests seem to disappear, and / or maintenance people come and look at what needs to be fixed and tell you they can't fix it because they don't have the right tools and they will return. Only they NEVER return. I have lived there for 4 years, and the complex keeps getting worse, and the rent keeps going up with each new property management team. I recommend paying a little more elsewhere.
