I leased here for 1 year. Lance is an excellent property manager. Super attentive to our needs and very communicative and prompt. Every time I raised an issue with him he had an answer and went above and beyond for me and my family. If it wasn't for him my experience renting from the homeowners would have been straight doodoo. Lance was the go between to ensure my experience was better that it should have been. 100 stars to this man and his wife Mindy. Excellent people
