FIND ANOTHER MANAGEMENT COMPANY! If negative stars ratings were possible, it would be what this company deserves. It's an understatement to say that I am extremely disappointed with Pure Management and their failure to properly screen a rental applicant for my property. In my experience, they approved a tenant who had obvious red flags that should have been caught during even a basic background check. Public records showed a recent eviction and credit judgments. There were clear warning signs that this applicant had a history of not meeting financial obligations. Despite that, Pure Management moved forward and approved the application. Amazing team at pure, all issues are handled promptly. Recently we had a deep freeze in Texas and my heater was acting up, I put a call into pure Maitinence dept. I was connected to Justine, who handled my issue promptly, professionally and was empathetic to the issue and kept me updated every 30 mins!!! Justine did a fantastic job and I couldn’t ask for more. Also A couple years ago I had my ac go out and they replaced the whole unit in 24 hours. Use this company to rent your next home, they’re the best I’ve had in all my time renting!!!!

I scheduled to view a property and I drove to it at the correct time. I was never text the steps to go into see it and when I drove back around it, the sign was gone and yeah, the company did not update me to let me know. I would also like to add that the property that they were showing was not cleaned on the outside and the neighbor in the duplex has it completely trashed in the front. I’m not sure why all these property companies think that is professional to not have a way to contact them and speak to a live person, but it is the worst just calling and getting a machine and never being able to get an option to talk to a live person.

Marthy was a big help today. Took my questions to forward to agent as I've been trying for 5 days to talk to someone about house we're interested in. Marthy was friendly and encouraging. 5 star customer service from Customer Service expert.
