I have had a great experience with Candice at Pure Property Management! She has such a great attitude whenever I call. No issue is too big or too small for her to help me out when needed. I never feel like I am asking for too much. She is the definition of service with a smile. If she doesn’t have an immediate answer for me (which rarely happens) she makes sure to find me one as soon as possible. This kind of treatment is hard to come across in a property management company, but Candice delivers every time!

I have a been a tenant with this company for many years now - when they were previously Pinnacle and I never had any communication issues with staff. I actually had nothing but great things to say about the staff. However, I am now completely offended by how they have treated me lately. I don’t know if the company is now disorganized, don’t care, or understaffed. I had a noise issue with a fellow neighbor that I tried to solve on my own but was unsuccessful. Therefore, I reached out to PURE to rectify the situation. A simple solution (an email and phone call to the other tenants) should be easy and quick to do. However, it took me multiple WEEKS, multiple phone calls, multiple e-mails to get someone to even address the issue. When the issue was addressed, I did not get a phone call (whic
