Accounting Manager, Alex, called me back less than 24 hours of when I called and we had a long and great discussion about our HOA’s finances. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Alex was happy to provide her time as she understands it’s important for board members to know what’s going on. She answered all of my questions and provided helpful information as well. We even knocked out a couple of important items during the call so we no longer had to worry about them. I’ve had the unpleasantness of dealing with Tim and Wendy for the last few weeks. It took close to a month before I even got a reply. I am very disappointed with Ps property and don’t see them helping or getting any better in the future. I’ll be advocating for a company that will actually listen to owners and do their job.

I am both a resident and an HOA Board member here at Highpointe in Austin. Our on site manager Chris Hashisaki does the job of 3 people, if not more. We have over 1000 homes in our community. With a community of that size, it requires an experienced, smart and well versed site manager. Chris does an excellent job. Sometimes what she does can be a thankless job. I thank her for doing a job that very few people could do.
