Providence Trail

I truly enjoy living here! The community is beautiful, modern, and well maintained, especially the clubhouse, gym, and pool — are a huge plus. Maintenance is quick, professional, and always friendly. The office staff is just as great! Very responsive, kind, and clear with communication, which makes a big difference.

Providence Trail is a fantastic complex! I lived there for over a year and would have stayed longer if I didn't have to move. After living at several complexes that had poor customer service, it was refreshing to experience genuine care one would expect from a leasing office. The management of the complex is of the highest quality, and Nick was absolutely fantastic! He was personable, friendly, and always helpful. Maintenance requests were resolved quickly and correctly, and the community was a great one to live in! I highly recommend this complex to anyone moving to the Mount Juliet area. Great work!

I have lived here for 2.5 years and have been thru a few management changes. I've stayed because I love the location, and every one of my issues has been met with prompt attention and complete resolve. Current staff are amazing. Especially Samantha, Jacob, and Randy! Always helpful, responsive, and get the job done! Thank you for your diligence to create a safe and well-cared-for community.

THINK VERY WELL ABOUT MOVING IN HERE!!! PROS: It’s a nice location and quiet neighborhood that’s all I can say about this apartment complex. CONS: It’s been a little over month since we are living in this complex. I don’t know what to say, but I was disappointed since day 1. When we arrived I wasn’t expecting to clean the house during next week, I mean not that much because the house wasn’t prepared at all in all meaning. After I cleaned every corner of our last apartment I had to do a deep cleaning in the current one after driving 15 hours instead of having rest. Just see the pictures. Tons of dust, that was the hardest part I guess because that dust was sticky and having several levels of dirt, I had to clean top of every cabinet/refrigerator in the kitchen and bathroom it was too much
