Lived here for 3 years as a single mom with two kids, and it was a wonderful experience. The community is safe, quiet, and family-friendly. Management was always responsive and helpful whenever any issues arose, and maintenance requests were handled promptly. The apartments themselves were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for my family. My kids loved the nearby parks and amenities, and I appreciated the convenient location close to schools and shopping. Prosper Elms Apartments – Move-Out Practices and Maintenance Standards Are Concerning One of the primary reasons I chose Prosper Elms was that the property was new at the time. Unfortunately, shortly after move-in, that standard did not hold. During my tenancy, management decided to replace the carpet on the staircases with tile. The workmanship was poor. Glue was visibly oozing from the seams, trapping dust and dirt, and the wall where the carpet had previously met the floor was never repainted, leaving an unfinished and unsightly appearance. The contractors also failed to clean up after themselves, an issue that has been noted in other resident reviews.
