Where do I begin, this place is worst than the motels on 46. My wife made several complaints to the super about the roaches that had been coming in the apartment. Big mistake she never do anything she doesn't answer the phone when you call you have to leave a v.m then she calls you back, how professional?She has time to go out and drink on the weekends, than to take care of the tenants needs. We the tenants pay you. Numerous complaints have been made ny other Tenants about scratching noises in the roof, turns out two months later they sent a pest control guy out and he found a family of Raccoons living in the roof. My wife have seen huge rats crawling out of the basement window. I had to show the contractor last year the cracks in the ceiling in our apartment. The contractor came out

I occupied an apartment for two years there. We recently decided that the cheap rent was not worth the issues that came along with the place. The slowly running water, clogged bathtub, and constant over flowing of the toilet. The super and his wife would take weeks to have someone resolve the issue. The topper is as we are moving out some things we accidentally lock ourselves out. We call the super and we ring the supers doorbell. The wife which is the super as well conmes out and yells " WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH YOU! ITS 9:30 AT NIGHT! " I calmly explain to her the situation and she continues to disrespect me.
