Property Management of Andover

Waiting, waiting, waiting for requested information for an insurance claim. I have called no less than 8 times about this incident and not 1X have I received a call back. They have not shown they have any respect for or value an 85 year old client. I have respectfully requested the documents request be escalated several times and the office team - 4 of them by the way, promise to send the docs then I do not receive an email; and they do not call back. I call the answering service, they do not call back, I call and they direct me to another member of the office team and they do not call back etc...etc...etc.. I have had 18 years experience with Jim and his staff at PMA = Property Management of Andover. It is a very professional, responsive and caring company. They manage the complex my family and I call home very well. Currently there is a large paving project underway and Jim responded within a short time frame to answer my questions and educate me on the process. Thank you Jim and PMA.

The absolute worst company and representatives! Ruthann is so rude, disrespectful and gives you an attitude. She shows up to our condo's annual meetings with little or no information and then just guesses when you ask her questions, which has usually been the wrong answer. She picks and chooses what emails she wants to respond to - mostly just ignores you. However, when you address her about it, she gives you an attitude + claims she doesn't do that...we have multiple ignored emails over the years to support. PMA does not know how to do proper accounting either. On more than one occasion, they've claimed we've owed them money and we've had to prove to them where they were wrong, yet they've failed to apologize. Jimmy, Thanks again for the quick response concerning our deck. I guess it was a lot worse then I though. I’m sure Bill and Jeff explained the repairs to you. They’re wrapping up now and we just wanted to say these two guys are great. They spent so much time, and care with the repair. Very professional, and courteous and kept us updated through the whole process. We’re thankful that you have such great guys to count on to do such amazing work. Very impressive! Horrible service and attitude. They never listen to the residents side. Money hungry, keep adding fees. Never take liability. Overall if there was a petition to get rid of this horrible excuse for a property management, I would raise both arms and legs for it. The worst experience I ever had, you dont even feel like you own a house and its your property. Never again would I do business with them. If I was buying another property and found out that Property management of Andover was managing, it would definitely be a deal breaker for me. For the future buyers, I suggest you run from this property management.
