I thought I would write a review, which I don't usually do, because Scott is a true professional and it needs to be recognized. My thought was I could add to positive reviews and take away from the reviews that always happen when a client is disgruntled and rates the business low through no fault of the business. Then I looked at the reviews. 5 stars across the board! But it is very clear why Scott and Pro Spec have these incredibly high ratings. He is professional , punctual, and communicates often and clearly. If you arrived at this review, I can assure you that you should call him now. You will not be disappointed.

We had the pleasure of working with Scott for our home inspection, and he was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, he was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. His report was detailed but easy to understand, and he took the time to walk us through the important points so we felt confident moving forward. I can't say enough great things about Scott and his business. He did a very thorough inspection of my prospective house. I added on the sewer line scope and I am so glad I did. He is very knowledgeable, patient, very organized, and he took time to explain everything to me. The report you get from him is very detailed and he took the time to answer my questions and told me if I had anyone else that had questions to have them give him a call. With his inspection and knowledge it saved me from purchasing a home that would have been a big mistake because the issues that were found would have cost me thousands in the end. Please, If you are potentially buying a new home. Do yourself a big favor and hire Scott to inspect it. I promise you will be so glad you did.

We used Scott for our home inspection based on the many positive reviews and he exceeded expectations. Scott was very thorough and professional! He was kind and answered all our questions. Very detailed and thorough report! I feel confident moving forward with the purchase of a home. And with that being said, Scott went out there in the dead winter and any area that he could not get to, such as the snow and ice covered roof, it states in the report he can come back and finish the job when it's safe. 5 stars, communicative, efficient and detailed with fair pricing
