Are a great team to work with specifically Samantha. Please keep in mind that when we rent places, we are renting them we do not own them, and therefore there will be distractions or noises, smells, and though some circumstances are legitimately unexcused others are reasonable. The communication is pretty good. My only complaint is that you can never get anyone on the phone once you’ve signed a lease. Everything is done through text messaging if there’s an emergency like fire flood, anything of that nature electric heat you have to go through the portal and the maintenance technician only comes once a week unless it’s an emergency they try to get someone out but I’ve experienced where I would have to wait when my sink was clogged or my toilet was leaking. Overall, I loved my little studio

Living in my apartment at 32596 State Route 26 has been a very positive experience. The building is well-maintained, and the surrounding area stays quiet and orderly, which I really value. What stands out the most is the professionalism and responsiveness of our Property Manager. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve addressed it quickly and respectfully. Genuine Homes PM clearly puts effort into keeping the property clean, safe, and comfortable. I’m genuinely grateful for the quality of service they provide

I love paying my Rent on the Genuine app with reciepts, paperwork is also done in office. 3. Snow removeal is always done daily. 4. Office keeps in touch with me 'like having a family watching over me '. 5. Maintaine is completed with in a few days requested. 6. I my property no drugee. No steeling. I have rented 6 years. 7. I been living in my resident for a few years now I love it so quiet no issues at all and when I need maintenance I put the working order in and they come as soon as they can to fix the problem.... they are a friendly company... love the apartment would definitely recommend to other people.

Absolutely amazing service! They turned the old Adams High School into a wonderful apartment building at an affordable price. Never been happier to rent from someone!
