From start to finish, North Star Realty was amazing. They showed us homes across two counties and supported us through a difficult sale that ultimately fell through because the buyer did not list the home properly and provided inaccurate disclosures. After that, they helped us find a new home, negotiated a great deal, and even secured a pre-possession for us. Betsy was outstanding, and everyone on the office team we worked with was equally helpful. We have purchased homes many times, and this was definitely one of our top experiences, largely because of Betsy’s personal touch and genuine care for our family.

Joseph Murtha is excellent to work with and very professional. Our house sold quickly and at market value! The only reason we gave him 5 STARs is because there isn’t a 10!! Just hire him, you’ll be happy you did! The rest will take care of itself.

So far I am very disappointed with North Star. We did remote walk through as we are a military family and new to the area. I hesitated but we needed a place and were under a deadline. That was a mistake. The triplex looked fine on FaceTime but reeked of cat when we moved in. The paint job appears to be rushed as there are children's drawings that are visible. Finally, we are currently dealing with the heating that is not consistent throughout the unit. Some rooms are fine and others are freezing cold. I'm not sure what the previous tenant was like but the upkeep on this unit was not good.

They are so nice and respectful to you until you move in. Then all bets are off. They talk down to you,lie and treat you terrible then they blame it on you. I have pictures videos and messages of all and asked the apartment manager on Monday to handle a situation and she ignored me till Friday and then said I have no proof and told me not to contact her so late after me being woke up by the neighbors at 11:50 ,2am and then 3 am is. When I told her I have proof she told me to just break my lease and move out. It's easier for me to give up before they will properly fix the problem. No insulation in the common walls. Horrible rotten people. There is so much more and I have all kinds of proof so before you rent or anything from this place please talk to someone who knows and has PROOF
