I have to wholeheartedly recommend that you use Homestead Funding. Michael Santulli is an outstanding professional and very knowledgeable. He works very hard and delivered quality options to us in a very short time frame. My wife and I have purchased 5 homes over the past 25 years, and working with Mike is clearly the best experience we have had with financing. Do not miss the opportunity to work with him!

Pat Wolf made things very difficult for us at the end of our close. Not worth mentioning all details here, but in the end he fabricated a story to our attorney and would have seriously impacted our close date. Why he did this I do not know, but after this experience, I caution you to use homestead funding. My attorney, real estate agent, and the sellers real estate agent have all been informed and are shocked by his behavior. I recommend looking elsewhere for a lender than Homestead Funding.

Everything was so fast and seamless. Patrick was incredibly friendly and personable and eased all of my worries. He kept in contact frequently even if it was just to say no news is good news. We couldn’t have imagined a better experience and would highly recommend him to any and everyone! He even made the closing (which can feel very long and monotonous) an enjoyable experience.
