Primrose Court

I can't beIieve I missed writing this review. But It had to be done. I lived at Primrose Court in Grand Forks from 2019 to 2022, and overall, it was a genuinely positive experience. I started in a one-bedroom in the Greenleaf building and later moved into a two-bedroom at Primrose Court. I had zero issues in either unit. No mice. No roaches. No surprise roommates in the walls. My apartment stayed immaculate — and I mean immaculate. I took pride in my home, and it showed. When I released my lease, my unit rented immediately. It practically sold itself because of how well it was maintained and presented. That part? I’m proud of. Now let’s talk about management. Tyler, Jennifer, Ashley, Jake — and Michael, my direct leasing rep — were all amazing. Michael was especially cool, great energy

My son rented at Columbia West primrose ct. He is military. For the year he was there, really didn't have many issues. If he needed maintenance, they came right out and fixed the issue. He told me that most people he knew did not receive much of the security deposit when they left. I made sure he understood to clean everything well. They informed him they would send his deposit in 30 days to his forwarding address. My problem is that when it was time to leave, they give this ridiculous checklist that they want followed. They use this to be super petty and charge whatever they can to the security deposit. He ended up getting about half back. He agreed at the signing of the lease to have 150 deducted for carpet cleaning . I was able to obtain a copy of the move out inspection with photos and

I have lived here for almost 6 years! I love it such a quiet peaceful apartment! Great location! Staff super friendly and helpful! Always reply and get taken care of whatever you need done!

They are mice infested apartments & management doesn’t do anything about them but set two traps and expect you to wait until they open to tell them to tell pest control to come get the mice on the traps.. down right a disgusting building.
