Overheard their plow driver being pretty rude with an elderly woman asking for his help to clear a spot. I understand they cant clear spots but his response was short and rude. I along with help from other community members came outside to shovel her spot and clear it. This plow driver came back 3 times to plow us in while staring and smiling/laughing. He drove around a 4th time window down to say "theyre gonna give you a ticket for shoveling that". The space was cleared anyway for the elderly lady. All snow removed properly, no thanks to your terrible plow drivers and your less than acceptable attitude. Parked in front of Captains Lookout for 4 hours on Wednesday 9/17, came out to my front fender smashed and tire moved inwards. For days tried getting footage, was told “we need the police” and the police were told “we have no cameras in the parking lot” and then when pushed on the issue, said they “saw nothing” on the footage they apparently do have? Lying to the police, refusing to be of any help to tenants, and a complete neglect / lack of care for property damage on their property is WILD. 0 stars if I could for the blatant disrespect of lying and wasting officer’s time

We have moved from New York City to Schenectady NY, into Electric City Apartments. Me and my wife were dealing with Joe Pigliavento as our leasing agent who performed his duties to the highest standards and was essential in making sure that our whole relocation process went as smoothly as possible. My husband and I have lived at Riverwalk on the Hudson for a few months now and the staff have been amazing. We did have a few maintenance updates that were needed upon move in and the maintenance staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied in a timely manner. The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect for our family.

My husband and I have been residents at the Electric City building for 4 years. The staff are all amazing, Joe is extremely easy to work with and has made our experience that much better. Wayne and Harry are amazing as well! Everyone is very kind and responsive. The apartments themselves are fantastic, we absolutely love it here!
