Columbia Gardens

I just moved in here and the place is nice I just wish they did a better job fixing up the apartment and cleaning it. I had to kill a Wolf spider in the bathroom a couple days ago and multiple ants.

The place is not as well kept as the pictures look. My section is already dirty in front garbage spewed all about. The building manager is rude and has a very nasty attitude. She isnt helpful at all. The garbage disposal is always overflowing, the laundry room is filthy and the machines always have pet hair in them. The gym is disgusting. The exercise machines are always dirty, there's no cleaner or napkins provided to wipe the equipment down, there's a hole in the ceiling. The apartments are small and expensive. This community isn't worth the price. The pool is poorly maintained. There is always bug and garbage floating in it. Not many people use it in the summer months since it is so filthy. Don't let the pictures fool you.

Columbia gardens is a great place to live. The ppl are great. Barely hear any noise and that Sarah R. Who runs the office is phenomenal. Always has a great attitude I’m alil over 3 years in and since I met her she gets the job done whatever I need in the apartment. She makes it happen.

Awful, many have problems with flooding damage from maintenance issues. Lease increased yearly by 25$, pool open 9-5 when you are at work, same with gym, have to pay extra 100$ to use gym, it's a 1.75$ for laundry small loads. It's did have free heat. Had parking issues during summer time. I was paying 800$ rent, 20-60 $ electric, 50 for pet, 20$ Internet. I feel that's it's worth 600$ a month. I hate it because its not worth 800$ and so many apartment issues to deal with.never again here, recommend others to do the same

Columbia Gardens/Woods is a 7-building apartment complex located off Columbia Street on the Cohoes hill. Ideally situated between 787 and 87 makes for easy commuting, as does the bus stop at the entrance to the complex. The Gardens, comprised of 5 buildings, includes heat and hot water. The Woods, at the rear of the complex, boasts 2 more secluded buildings, with washers, dryers, dishwashers, and central air. In the summer, a fountain circulates water in a small pond with a bench nearby to sit and enjoy nature. Pets are welcome, for additional fees, and a small dog park has been added. Grounds are kept quite nice. Maintenance is very receptive to tenant needs. Laundry room, small fitness center, and seasonal outdoor pool are available to residents. Residents are an eclectic mix from
