I’m absolutely delighted with Dorian and Tia at Cohoes Falls Apartments! They are friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their prompt responses and genuine care make living here such a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.

For some reason Dorian did not want to move forward with my application and was over skeptical and bias towards me. She invalidating my documentation and made me do EXTRA to prove basic information. She was skeptical of my employment dates even after receiving a letter head email directly from company and W2s. Her and her manager refused to verify with the employer and told me the only way is to change the information on my w2 form. They made hasty judgements about me and later verified that my w2 from 2024 were correct. I was still denied next availability for the open apartments.. and given excuse after excuse as to why they went with another applicant. The first excuse was it took too long to verify me that wasn’t true, then second excuse was other people ahead of me.. also not tru ba
