DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE I HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE THEY OPENED AND THEY CANT KEEP ANYONE IN THE OFFICE WHICH RESULTS IN YOUR RENT BEING LATE (EVEN IF YOU CHECK HAS BEEN IN THEIR DROP BOX BEFORE ITS EVEN DUE) THEN YOU GET HIT WITH LATE FEED N FORGET IF YOU HAVE A CREDIT CAUSE THE LATE FEES MESS UP YOUR CREDIT AND NOW BECAUSE OF THEIR BULL CRAP MY CREDIT SCORE WENT DOWN 3 DAM POINT NO FAULT OF MY OWN! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS COLLECTING MONEY N NOTHING ELSE! YOU DONT LIKE MY COMMENT TO BAD ITS THE TRUTH!! Now im dealing with Mold in my bathroom since May and they on put a bandage on it and wonders why it keeps coming back! They did an inspection yesterday on July 10 2025 and I would not let them in until they fix the issue with the mold and I get an infraction because I violated my lease? Wel

I applied housing last year and I never heard from them, I did asked is there any available, but no they don't have available.

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived in my life.. I wouldn’t tell anyone to move here. This place will have you stressed to the max. You get inspections all the time. They continue you raise your rent. If you have kids the kids have nowhere to play but in a parking lot. The walls are paper thin!!! I hate it here I have been here 7 years trust this is not the place you want to be! The washers are always broken and they continue to raise the price on that! Oh and let me not forget that everybody stay in everyone’s business. I pay my rent they still say I owe them. When I first moved here the management was stealing money from the tenants. This place is a joke period!!!! I’m moving and can’t wait! Don’t move here I’m telling you NOW!!!!

This place is a joke. It’s like being in middle school. There are people in building 400 and building 200 that you need to watch out for. They are absolutely in with the “manager” the Russian in the office. Natalie tells these people everything about your business. The door slamming, stomping up and down the stairs, screaming in the halls. It’s literally hell there. I’ve never seen anything like that place. Yes they had 2 major cases of bed bugs in building 400. And no the tenants were never told by management. It was hidden. The doors are never locked and if they are people on the 3rd floor yell the code out the window any way. So to sum it up. If you want your personal business known by 2 specific people in building 200 & 400, be lied to, oh yeah have minimum of 8 “inspections” a year wh

Place has really gone downhill quite a bit. It was nice when it was first built, but hasn't been kept up with.
